A week ago I had dinner in this lovely place about 30 minutes far from Florence, on the hills near Montespertoli. It’s in a almost secluded place and you have to take a narrow dirt road to reach this ‘hidden’ place, but its atmosphere and food quality makes the journey worth! As its aspect suggests, the restaurant was originally a typically Tuscan farmhouse with stone walls and a nice fireplace that renders this place very cosy and homely. Food was extremely good in size and quality! They do pizzas as well as roasted meat (Florentine T-bone beefsteak included) and seafood. Prices are reasonable: we had two Tuscan starters, one pizza and one beef tenderloin, a dessert and wine and we spent 45 euro, absolutely worth them!
