Cruise Ships Tours
If you’re thinking about going on a cruise ship in the Mediterranean Sea with destination seaports as Livorno or La Spezia and would like to organize your excursions on your own, you’ve landed in the right place! Guided Tours of Florence organizes tours for cruises in both seaports, from where you can comfortably reach with a private driver the wonderful 5 Terre or Florence, Pisa, Siena, the Chianti area, Lucca, and the Apuan Alps with its super white Carrara marble quarries.
Livorno is the best starting point if you are interested in visiting Tuscany. It is situated on the coast and Pisa and Lucca are just a 30-minute ride away. Florence is a 1h20-minute ride (depending on traffic). Siena, San Gimignano, and 5 Terre can also be reached from here. La Spezia is more to the North, on the Ligurian coast, with easy connections to the 5 Terre and other cities on the Tuscan coast, like Pisa and Lucca. Florence can be easily reached from La Spezia with a trip a little bit longer, a 2-2h30 ride, during which one can enjoy an unexpected landscape, from the Ligurian Apennine passing by Versilia with view to the Apuan Alps and the ancient Marble roads. Leaving the coast, we will pass by Lago di Massaciuccoli, locally known as Puccini Lake, after which we start going inland in the direction that takes us to Florence.
